The homepage from the alpha app has been removed, and replaced with the new sidebar and widgets. If you really liked this layout, you can try recreating it using a set with a gallery view.
On your mobile device the navigation using a minimalistic design.
The 3 options you have are; Search, New object, and Profile.
Search - Browse your recent objects, search for a specific object.
New Object - Create a new object, page, note, etc.
Profile - Investigate your profile, account, settings, etc.
